Steak Cooking Times In Pan/Skillet On Stove Top
Quick pan-searing is a great way to cook a juicy and already tender steak. Ideally it shouldn’t be cooked beyond medium-rare, using only this technique. Chances are – it will dry out and lose all its flavor with tenderness.
If you are looking for medium (and more) cooked meat, use the oven right after pan-searing to gradually finish your steak inside.
