I love using pesto with just about any steak, not just round.
It's quick to make, wholesome, nutritious and a healthy alternative to traditional side of deep-fried potato chips.
Another great thing (at least to me) about pesto - you can play around with the ingredients as much as you want and it will come out magnificent most of the time. Promise!
I often use it as a healthy side dish or a sauce and it gets eaten away in milliseconds no matter how much I make!
